What if AI helped us think better?

Human + AI

AI can give an answer. What helps someone make a better decision?

We explore AI as a mentoring and thinking environment — a way to question assumptions, examine alternatives and widen access to expertise while keeping judgement and responsibility human.

AI can suggest.Humans must judge.Learning must remain active.

YOUNG PEOPLE

JUNIOR PROJECT LAB

Free learning. Real problems. Young people building ideas that matter.

Talent is everywhere. Access to expertise is not.

SUPERNOVA opens part of its learning work to teenagers, students and young people facing barriers to opportunity through free learning, human mentorship, MILES Project Mentor, co-creation and supervised volunteering.

Participants learn how to write clearly, question information, understand systems, use AI responsibly, work with others online and turn a real problem into a structured project idea.

NOT PROJECTS FOR YOUNG PEOPLE.
PROJECTS WITH YOUNG PEOPLE.

Young people help identify problems, challenge assumptions, generate alternatives, design activities, test ideas and decide what is relevant in their own context.

Young people should not only be invited into projects. They should learn how to create them.
WRITEExpress an idea clearly. Build an argument. Explain why something matters.
THINK IN SYSTEMSSee causes, consequences, stakeholders, relationships and unintended effects.
USE AI WITH JUDGEMENTAsk better questions. Check evidence. Compare alternatives.
DESIGN A PROJECTMove from a problem to objectives, activities, outcomes and indicators.
WORK ONLINECollaborate digitally, communicate professionally and participate safely.
CONTRIBUTECo-create, volunteer on real tasks, support peers and build evidence of what you can do.

What would you build if someone showed you how to start?

European cooperation

What should remain when the funding ends?

Knowledge that stays.Skills that transfer. Methods that continue to work.Partnerships that outlive the project.

SUPERNOVA works with European partners to turn project ideas into learning, participation and practice that can continue beyond the grant period.
