What SUPERNOVA does
That's where we work.
Human + AI
We explore AI as a mentoring and thinking environment — a way to question assumptions, examine alternatives and widen access to expertise while keeping judgement and responsibility human.
Training & mentorship

Our learning experiences are built around participation, reflection and real challenges — so people can use what they have learned beyond the training room.

FOR YOUNG PEOPLE · FREE ACCESS
Free learning. Real problems. Young people building ideas that matter.
SUPERNOVA opens part of its learning work to teenagers, students and young people facing barriers to opportunity through free learning, human mentorship, MILES Project Mentor, co-creation and supervised volunteering.
Participants learn how to write clearly, question information, understand systems, use AI responsibly, work with others online and turn a real problem into a structured project idea.

Young people help identify problems, challenge assumptions, generate alternatives, design activities, test ideas and decide what is relevant in their own context.
Young people should not only be invited into projects. They should learn how to create them.FROM IDEA → TO ACTION

TEST THE IDEA BEFORE YOU WRITE IT.Human mentors support the person. MILES supports structured project thinking. The young person owns the idea.

Project development across European & national programmes
SUPERNOVA develops concepts and proposals across selected programme families, matching the problem, partnership and intended change to the funding route rather than forcing an idea into a call.
Selected programme families, not an exhaustive list. Eligibility, priorities and call titles can change between funding years.

A European project. A learning challenge. A new programme. A question that needs expertise from more than one field.
